ABOUT THE TOPPER
DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
We do not have any store locations or showrooms. Since we only sale online direct from the factory, we're able to avoid a tremendous amount overhead and pass that savings on to you.

Simply put, it’s everything you dreamed a mattress topper should be. But the best way to find out if you'll love it is to try it out yourself!

Zotto contracts with FedEx – the best in the shipping business.
CAN I REMOVE THE TOPPER COVER?
Yes! That is yet another great feature of the Zotto Topper. The cover can be removed and carefully washed (please follow exact washing instructions).
DO I NEED SPECIAL SHEETS FOR MY ZOTTO TOPPER?
Though the topper comes with a beautiful (and functional) cover, we highly recommend the use of bed sheets. In case you were wondering the Zotto Topper is 3" thick so add that thickness to your mattress thickness to determine the correct sheet size.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS ONLINE?
Absolutely and we are here to assist as well. Feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email and we will turn on our Zotto tracker.
CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF USA?
At this time we only ship within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). We have big plans however and we hope to one-day take Zotto around the world.
WHAT IF I AM ALLERGIC TO LATEX?
The Zotto Topper does not contain latex. If you are experiencing a reaction, first consult your physician then give us a call. There is very little chance this could happen, since our mattress does not come into contact with latex.
CAN I USE MY HEATING PAD?
Sure, a heating pad used properly will not damage your Zotto Topper.
DOES A ZOTTO TOPPER SLEEP HOT?
Absolutely not! We use a ThermaGelTM technology, which works to draw heat and moisture away from your body. ThermaGelTM technology incorporates advanced cooling gel materials into open-cell memory foam, providing dramatically improved temperature regulation.
WHY ONLY ONE SIZE?
The Zotto Topper is designed specifically for the college dormitory market. The vast majority of dorm rooms use TwinXL mattresses.
HOW DO YOU GET IT IN THE BOX?
It’s magic! Well not really...The Zotto Topper is compressed, sealed and rolled using a very expensive and specialized piece of equipment. After assembly of the foam layers and Zotto cover, the mattress is placed into the compressing machine where the "magic" happens. Once inside, pressure is applied slowly and evenly from the top and the sides. After it is compressed, air is removed and the mattress is sealed airtight. For the final step, the Zotto is rolled up and placed into the Zotto's fortified shipping box.
WILL THERE BE ANY ODOR WHEN I OPEN MY TOPPER?
There will be very little odor if any, outside of a new mattress smell. If you do experience any odor it will dissipate quickly.
IS A ZOTTO TOPPER COMFORTABLE?
We think it’s the most comfortable topper in the world! (But of course we’re biased!) We designed and manufacture the Zotto Topper to enhance any mattress it is paired with to provide you with the best sleep possible.
WHAT IS THE COVER MADE OF?
Our tufted mattress cover is made of high-grade polyester with 4-way stretch.
WHAT MAKES THE ZOTTO TOPPER DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MATTRESSES?
The Zotto leverages cutting-edge foam technology like ThermaGelTM technology, which no other topper sellers offer. Many topper manufacturers offer "egg crate" foam which they promote as "cooling channels". What it really amounts to is half the foam. Zotto uses solid, high-quality foam in their premium mattress topper.
IS ZOTTO 100% AMERICAN MADE?
The Zotto Topper is completely designed, manufactured and assembled in Southern California. Beware of foam toppers imported from China – Though they are usually priced far less, the quality of foam is far inferior.
HOW LONG HAS ZOTTO BEEN IN BUSINESS?
The Zotto Topper is a completely new topper brand. The Zotto Mattress company launched a successful campaign on Kickstarter in September 2015. Though were a fairly new brand, our mattress designers and fabricators have been making foam bedding for over 30 years.
HOW LONG DOES THE MATTRESS LAST?
Through proprietary chemical formulations, our foam is of the highest quality and our mattresses are built to last. You can expect Zotto’s foam layers to hold up and provide a consistently great sleep experience well beyond 10 years. The foam will bounce back, keep you cool and ensure the best possible sleep you can experience.

WHAT ARE THE MATTRESS DIMENSIONS?
Zotto mattresses are built to exacting specifications following traditional mattress sizing. Our topper dimensions are:

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY?
We recommend no more than 300 pounds.
CAN I TRY BEFORE I BUY?
The Zotto topper is factory direct and sold exclusively online. We’ve done this to eliminate all the middlemen, expensive storefronts, and pushy commissioned salespeople to save you BIG money.
WHAT’S THAT SMELL?
All toppers have that “new mattress smell,” especially foam toppers. This is normal as the topper has been vacuum packed into an airtight plastic cover for shipping purposes. It is recommended that you “air out” the topper for a few hours immediately after unpacking. The odor will be short-lived, completely dissipating within a few days!

We ship anywhere in the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii. We ship directly from our factory in Southern California to your physical address via FedEx. We do not ship to PO boxes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY TOPPER?
You can expect to receive your Zotto mattress between 2 to 7 days from the date of purchase.
CARE
HOW DO I WASH THE TOPPER COVER?
Please use the most delicate settings when machine washing and drying the topper cover. If heat is applied the cover will shrink!
IS ANY SPECIAL COVER NEEDED FOR THE MATTRESS AND TOPPER?
Though a mattress cover is not required, we HIGHLY recommend that you use one in conjunction with a complete set of sheets. The cover will provide an extra layer of protection and ensure a longer lasting mattress.
CAN I FLIP THE TOPPER?
Yes, you can flip the topper foam and use it on either side. We recommend you flip the topper over from time to time, as well as rotate the topper 180 degrees. This should be done every 6 months to 1 year for best results.
CAN I FOLD THE TOPPER?
Not recommended but yes, you can fold the topper. Due to the nature of our high-quality foam, your Zotto Topper will return to its “normal” form after unfolding.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
A quality inner spring mattress typically lasts 1 year. And that’s exactly how long we warranty the Zotto topper against defects.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM IF MY TOPPER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your mattress is damaged in any way as a result of shipping or a material defect, please let us know immediately by contacting our Support Team at support@zottosleep.com.

Yes, we offer a 100% money back guarantee for every Zotto we sell. Just ship the topper back to us and we will give you a full refund.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy is simple: Though you can return your Zotto at anytime within your 30-night trial, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 3 weeks in order to get acclimated to it. If after 3 weeks you're not getting your best sleep ever, simply contact our Support Team and we will make arrangements for it to be shipped back to us to be donated. Once it is returned, we will process a complete refund.
